Heading up 101 through n cal Oregon and up around wa pin. Anyone have recommendations on places to stay or camp. Have two dogs and looking for good stopping points. Will likely want to do the hoh rainforest and nea bay/point along the way

La Push, been going there since the early 70s, make sure to hike down to beach 2!

We always like Humbug Mountain and Cape Lookout on the Oregon coast. Jed Smith in northern CA.
I believe they are repairing the south shore rd, so Graves Creek campground might be an option.

We stayed at Hobuck Beach resort last spring. The restaurant in Neah Bay was nice and the hike out to Cape Flattery was fun.

There's the Mora Campground near Rialto Beach just outside of Forks, WA.

This campground is nice on the Sol Duc River.

This campground is beautiful on the Hoh in Olympic National Park. During a stay there a few years ago, we had a couple of big bull elk battling it out right in our campsite. We had to vacate for a few and watch from a safe distance. I've got some great pics somewhere, but this was back from the days of film cameras.

Second Cape Blanco. Also Bullards Beach State Park just north of Bandon is good (stop for some cheese at the creamery).

Have fun.
