Bulk sinking line source?

Looking for a source for bulk sinking line in various T-ratings to build some custom saltwater lines.

Maybe I just need to shop around more but all I've found so far are tips and fully integrated sink tip lines. I don't need miles of the stuff, but also not about to hack up expensive, ready-to-fish products either.

Suggestions?
 
Many fly shops carry bulk spools of sinking line but you might not find that listed on their websites.
It’s worth a call to a few of the locally well known shops to see if they have it in stock.

Good to know but not needed. Plan is to build sinking heads by stuffing sections of varying T line weights into hollow-core braid. Then coat as a full length integrated line with a flexible resin I've messed around with before. Those past experiments were a massive PITA then, but did work. Using the hollow braid simplifies things to the point its actually worth doing.

Doubt they have the T-85 class sinking line you really want.. Good luck with your latest version, hope that finish process works out for you.

Fair cop. Yes, I do want the ability to put a fly nearly jig depths. A bit heavier than our standard 600-700 grain tuna lines, but nothing too ridiculous.

Really I'm more interested in having longer/thinner, and stronger running lines. Both to be able to retrieve at depth, and to get fish on the line sooner to apply serious pressure without fear of losing the line. Gonna try to have one ready for our charter in a few weeks.

What about running heads and heavy floro as a runner? It's thin, naturally sinking and strong.

I thought you were building heads with this post initially, now that I know it's about running lines I'm wondering why use an iintegrated running line at all?

I just saw that about 5 min before I came here. Guessing it's for those guys throwing 2-handers with 15-20"+ flies...that just looks like work, even with a 2-hander.
 
Issue with all the bulk I've seen is it's the 30lb core stuff and not the big game 50lb core.

I think he's planning on taking the running line and inserting it into the core of a really heavy braid, so that'll be a non issue.
