One of the most brilliant musical geniuses in the last hundred or more years. I know a lot of people write off Beach Boys knowing just those few most popular hits they had; but dig into their albums and hear the crazy things he was able to do. Especially given the time periods they did their best work, there just was never something like it before.

"Your so good to me", was a favorite. Innovative to say the least as in "Heros and Villians","Sloop John B", and many more. He and Sir Paul M were true genius. Great memories Mr. Wilson, RIP.

Darn... Brian Wilson was an interesting character and a ridiculously talented musician. You have to dig a little deeper than the big hits to get a feel for the true artist, but man, who can honestly say that "Surfin' USA" doesn't make them do a little dance when they hear it?
