There's cause there's guys DISTRIBUTING BEARS at alarming rates!!! These guys are trucking em in on huge TRUCKS and they pull up and let the bears loose and THEN threaten all the bystanders so no one says that they witnussed a BEAR DISTRIBUTION EVENT. You're hearing numbers like 200-300 bears being openly distributed each weekend. Its an OUTERAGE!!!
