IMHO, it made him focus, bear down, and commit to throwing one of his best games in a long time against a very good team.

Cal Raleigh is on fire this post season. Only 2 home runs so some may be disappointed. But he is hitting over .400. His hits are timely, getting on base so others can get him home, or his hits are bringing others home for the score.
