Never a fan, even when he played for the Expos, but man, he could hit, and Charlie Hustle sure fit. Remember seeing him hit by a pitch with Philly in their WS run, running to first as if he was trying to beat out an in-field single - turned the game around.

Should be in the Hall!!

He most likely will be in the Hall…I think MLB was waiting for him to pass before letting him in…

I’m not a big fan of baseball anymore, but he played the game the right way…full tilt all the time
 
I remember watching the All-Star game as a kid and Rose running over Ray Fosse.

If any of the remaining teams had the M's starting pitching rotation they would be heavy W.S. favorites. It is a shame the management/ownership doesn't recognize the opportunities present and field even a decent offense. Guess when you are still raking in a huge ROI that is secondary for some.
 
Had no stake in the Padres Dodgers series and didn't care who won, but after last night, Padres all the way.

.... More importantly, those amazing young Royals will try and tie things up tonight against those hated Yankees.

Well….that was interesting to say the least. Rodon went from 100 to 0 really quick.

Yup, great night for fans of KC, those amazing young Royals best the hated Yankeeze in Game 2 and the Chiefs take out the Saints. Looking forward to Wednesday night at the "K".
