Not mine, my oldest daughter ,Lana, (44) grandsons(13, 18) and her husband Paul live in Conifer, CO at about 8600’ where they raise goats and farm. She reports bear, deer, elk and an ample array of visitors on there 6 acre Little Patch Farm

Last night as my daughter closed up the goats, she saw a very plump doe behind the shop looking uncomfortable, but bedded down. I moved a camera out there just in case we could see any baby activity. Sure enough, before bed I connected to the camera and saw Mama and her two new fawns in IR view. This morning they came through after I left for work and the camera captured them. Super cute.

Guessing no. The triggering on the trailcam is less than reliable.

Almost a month to the day later that last year, this year's brood has finally appeared. The wife and I were getting worried, but about a week ago, Mrs Mallard started showing up by herself (without Mr. Drake, quite unusual) for some spa and self-care, we thought something might be up. Then this morning, they were here. I've counted 10 ducklings. The wife and I are giddy!!

Look at that proud mama, so cute!
Had to do a double take to see if there was a fawn hiding there - it would have been perfectly camouflaged.
They love the cherries in our tree.
Next door to my mom’s, 3 houses away from me!
That will keep the squirrels out of the attic! Agile little rascal . . .
