Awesome Dogs of PNW

GREAT times . . . if only Hank were still here

Having some work done on the house in backyard so everything off kilter for our golden boy. He’s been restricted to yard access. Last two days he has had a 4 mile walk and a late afternoon ball tossing session of
35-40 minutes at St. Edwards. Gary Thompson breed, been a blessing. He’s a bit
naturally tuckerrd out tonight 😂 He looks tiny but that’s an 82lber golden in great shape. 😆

82 pounds of Golden Retriever—that’s a lot of dog food (and a lot of dog food byproduct, too).

I've always had bird dogs.
I prefer Cheasapeake's because they are great at upland/waterfowl, tolerate the cold, are aggressive, and extremely tough.
We are on our 4th male and this is the 1st one that's got an empty sac.
Fabulous dog but lacking a pair shows.

Rigby the rescue lab hasn't shown any interest in balls or sticks or fetch, until today. He was whining at, it turned out, a ball stuck under the couch. I got it out and we had an energetic indoor fetch session, then he caught it in the air twice in a row. He's very proud of himself, and I'm proud of him.
