I arrived at Crane Prairie on Memorial Day expecting to find a full campground. Seeing all the RV traffic headed down Hwy58 while I was driving up should have tipped me off. The Crane Prairie Campground was mostly empty. I had a campsite reserved. There were three campsites below mine occupied...

I would take the pontoon. There are a number of lakes at the north edge of Florence. Google Earth is your friend.

The only intermediate line I fish is a Cortland Clear Camo. I have used it for at least 10 years. Put a lot of trout in the net.

I have observed a line of 8-10 young osprey hover flying near the shoreline diving for fish. They were mostly unsuccessful, but obviously in learning mode.

I agree with @Phil K I have owned the same waders since 2015. I only use them in the boat(also to and from), but they have had lots of wear with zero leaks or tears. Somebody is getting a great deal!
