Steve took me to the sacred waters of meat fishing.
It took a substantial crown bribe to get these into the net.
Two of the fish were full of corn so obviously someone else is working this fishery.
Tonight, I will cook up the filets for a nice Valantines dinner supplemented with king salmon caught last august.

Good morning Chris.
We cooked the crappie last night it was really good.
Melted butter and then added fresh squeezed juice from one orange. Steves recipe calls for orange juice concentrate, but I was out.
And I forgot the dried Dill.
My wife loved it, but she also added please kill and filet the fish before coming home.
She freaked out a little when 2 of them started flopping around the sink.
Of course, I agreed to that stipulation.
The 3 fish were not enough to feed us so I tossed in a king salmon tail filet.
So good.
