Stolen trailer and boat

Anyone on here get their trailer stolen in Ballard?
It only said the trailer was stolen but I have to assume the boat was as well.
I wonder if the Cadillac was stolen as well?

I don't know but it would be pretty sweet to pull up to the boat ramp in a caddy.

I know why they can't and I'm not saying it would have made a difference, but if the officers were allowed to pursue and apprehend the suspect maybe a lot of the vehicular damage and human injury could have been avoided.
