Seen on news Soap lake area being evacuated due to wildfire

Unless something drastic has changed, the fire is east of Soap Lake and not presenting any danger to the town. SR28 is closed east of Soap Lake.

Lue - in adverse conditions: it was blowing very hard yesterday! I'm afraid our fire fighters are going to have a long season.
