Regarding the moon and such, I'm in the does not relate camp simply because there are so many variables and I have yet to see or experience anything that would support. Rather, I'm big on conditons, namely weather, as root cause for much of it. But other factors that would fall under conditions would also influence.
Brings about another thought related to my so-called bell curves. Perhaps I'm stating the obvious, but they're most likely skewed or non-symetrical in every case. I just pulled the term from my sleeve as means to help visualize the lifecycle part - having a beginning, ramp up, peak and tail off toward an end.
