I have this Plano Gun Guard Case that is literally collecting dust as I have no use for it. I bought it maybe 6 or 7 years ago to move a couple rifles from my family's home in Texas up to Seattle. Family is elderly now and lives here so I don't need such a heavy duty case.
It's in good condition with some travel scuffs here and there and some slight indentions on the one side of the foam. You can still see the outline from where I stored two rifles. Other than that, just some dust that I wiped off.
This is a heavy duty case with multiple latches and locks. It's not waterproof as in submersible but is sealed for weather/rain. It's also got a pressure release for air travel as well as nice quality rollers. I used this once between Houston and Seattle and I had two rifles/scopes and 3 pistols in it. Worked great. It's a big heavy duty case for sure and just more than I will ever need at this point. It can easily carry two rifles with scopes or 2 shotguns.
Exterior Measurements are 55" L x 15" W
Interior Measurements are 51" L x 12" W
I think I paid around $200 for this one and I think the equivalent model now with Plano would be the Field Locker Element Double Gun Case.
I'm putting a Sale and/or Trade value at $140. To buy a new version of this is about $265 on Amazon. So, if you need a great heavy duty gun case, let me know.
For trade, looking for a 3wt reel. Backing and Line would be great. I can always add/subtract money as needed. Not looking for anything high end and a good user is fine.
Local Pick up Only - I'm in West Seattle but could meet somewhere within reason. It's just not realistic to ship this.
