Anyone make their own?
Used to fish with a friend who made them. A slice of sausage, Colby jack cheese and a pickled jalapeño on a cracker was always a driftboat trip staple for lunch while steelhead fishing back in the day. Damn those things were good.

Odd branding. What’s up with the female-leaning names for sausage? Shouldn’t it be a Big Daddy sausage? And Hannah the suicidal pig looks ready to hear all my deepest troubles before being slaughtered, butchered, ground, blended with cow flesh, stuffed, pickled and dyed. Except wait no, there’s no pork in that product at all! Hannah is making sausage from other critters to saver her own kind I guess.

But yeah I’d still eat it.

All the small town bars have them. One of them and a pickled egg is a barflys favorite dinner..
