No. Fork Composites Iconoglass Build

Just finished this No. Frk. Composite, Iconoglass, 7-1/2", 4#. I fell in love with this grey colored blank. The pigment is blended into the resin, not painted on later. Its also not sanded, which they claim adds to the crisp performance and durability. The cloth is S2, made here in the USA, the same cloth that Epic Rod Co. puts in their FastGlass rods. Nice stuff. Uplocking reel seat with bamboo insert. Fenwick style grip. Grey snake guides wrapped in chestnut thread with black trim bands.

Damn, swinger, that is some nice work, and great colors. I love my ten wt, and keep having to talk myself out of building a 12 or that 5.

Edit: and now they’re on sale for 85. Even more tempting
