Working on Hollow Flies this winter that I am hoping the Snake River bass will like.

Who in their right mind would think of smallmouth as bycatch? I love smallmouth but typically I'm fishing warmwater for carp; smallmouth aren't my primary target. I love catching smallmouth, while they may be incidental to carp when carpin', I'm thrilled when one eats my carp fly.
