Hummingbird won’t turn off!!

It was working great until it wasn’t which was last Saturday
I disconnected the boat batteries but everything on the dashboard still works
Bilge pump
Live well
Lights
Hummingbird is on but not functioning right
It won’t allow me to power it off or restart it
Any ideas?

if batteries are disconnected, everything should be powered down...so what's supplying voltage?

well that's downright weird..did you pull the ground lead as well as the power leads from the battery(s)? And pull the power plug from the finder?
