Yup. Nice with the ease of sous vide now you can get set ups pretty cheap to start. The warm water trick has worked for years. Something my grandparents did.Do you have a sous vide? Need I say more?

Don't tell anyone, but Sous Vide is also great for infusing alcohols in a couple of hours rather than waiting weeks....like jalapeno/habanero infused vodka...Do you have a sous vide? Need I say more?
