Fished some classic streamers with my Sharpes 13' spliced rod on a very very cold day today. Chief Needabah and a Pink Ghost. Tried my Bridge Wintertide 8/9 550 grain with a 15' 100 grain sink tip and liked it so much I may buy a Bridge Torrent 600 grain for those times when I need to fish a heavier tip to get down. The Wintertide is meant for tips of 100 grains. I'm used to fishing 125-130 grain sink tips with my midbelly spey lines.

Anyone fish a Bridge Torrent?

Chief Needabah has always caught my eye, as does the reel.
No experience with the Torrent, but I am a big fan of the Tributary.
I will be testing the Wintertide in the next couple days. I usually reach for the Gaelforce EMT, or EEMT which use tips in your preferred weight range.
