Life of the Party
These larvae were found in the Russian River in moderate to fast flows. They prefer a rocky bottom. You have to be careful putting them in with mayfly nymphs or caddis larvae as they'll eat them. Mature larvae are 16-22 mm in length (not including antennae or cerci). They are found throughout the year.

Seriously cool bug.

If you zoom in:

The lower two plates, it seems like a lions face or predator (movie) face.

There are two Easter island heads on the second plate, with maybe some moles or something besides them.

Head plate has some bug God face on it. Eyes, nose and antenna's

Guessing these are part of the key to knowing exaltation, or the end times or something. Lol
