Borodin nets is closing up shop the remaining stock is on sale,I had to buy one more as 5 clearly was not helping catch more , this one should make all the difference

That's a bummer. I really like brodin nets and their customer service was great as well. Congratulations to them on retiring. Looks like some good deals though. Get em while you can.

I just scooped one up. I'm sure the wife will understand my reasoning for another net lol.
Been wanting a nice wood net and the price was right.

Well, guess I'm not getting it now. They refunded my payment. There was only a few left of the item I chose. Wish they would have emailed to ask if I wanted their other net that seemed to have better stock available.

Not much left. Still vaguely tempted at one of those Phantom Gallatin Trout nets for $55. 8.75" by 17.25" hoop is a good size.

Worth doing. I've been using the Gallatin net since they first came out with that rubber bag, and have yet to find another nearly as good/lightweight for what it is. There was no tax or shipping on the $55 either.

Sad days. I'm sure I don't need another Brodin, but it's truly an end of an era. My collection of Christer's fine work.
