Bamboo rod repair in Portland?

I picked up a Philipson Power Pakt 3 piece 2-tip in really nice shape. One of the tip sections is missing the lowest guide.
Can anyone here point me toward someone in Portland who could re-do that guide? Thanks.

He’s done a variety of repairs on several bamboo rods for me. Does good work.

X2 for terry turner. I’ve had a few graphite repairs taken to him. Very reasonable prices, and very nice.

When I get around to getting a glass rod built, it’ll go to terry.

Wasn't sure Terry did cane, but I know he does outstanding work on graphite and glass.
