Didn't have long to fish today so a friend and I headed to a small wild cutthroat pond in the foothills. We took along a granger victory 8040 4 weight, a Winston 8' 4 weight and some classic american wet flies (Black Gnat, Professor and Grizzly King). The trail to the pond forks at the rusty car seat...

No big ones but plenty of action along with good coffee and conversation. Saw noone else the entire day. Good to be alive.
