Today at 3:30 we are having a family come back for a 3rd showing of our home. Supposedly our house is their favorite..

Hopefully we'll have an offer this afternoon.

Too bad… How do they make houses look so good in the real estate listings?

I’ve gone to look at property before that looked so awesome in the ad, only to find that the photographer conveniently clipped out the junkyard / trailer park / meth lab right next door.
