Looks like the rainy day stuff I pitch into pocket water for fall salmon. Tuna live bait hooks are another good option for that.

Came across this pattern on a recent interweb trip and liked the idea of tying the “flash” on the rear bottom of the gurgler so it is more visible to the fish.
Hook is an Ahrex NS 122 Stinger which is a great keel for the fly.
