Has your honey jar turned into a brick?

You can also heat up epoxy resin to bring it back. 12-15 seconds in the microwave.

If you microwave honey it will crystallize quickly again. A long, slow heating in a water bath is best, but once it starts to crystallize it will keep trying even after heating. If you want the benefits of raw honey, do not heat it more than 140 degrees. That is the temperature in which the cooking process begins and destroys the beneficial proteins.....I like slightly crystallized honey as it spreads more easily on my PB toast..

Do you have a sous vide? Need I say more?

110 degrees for 90 minutes oughtta do it.
Yup. Nice with the ease of sous vide now you can get set ups pretty cheap to start. The warm water trick has worked for years. Something my grandparents did.
