Whats in your smoker?

Smoked some jalapeños from the greenhouse. Low and slow on the top racks of the Big Chief with the door just barely propped open. Four pans of apple/cherry blend over about 72 hours or so. If I find the time I might can up a few in adobo this winter.
 
Friend got taken on a guided trip last month. I told him I'd smoke whatever he wanted from his fish. Turns out his guide really teaches 'it'll smoke up good" to the clients.
