A pretty good game so far without the refs trying to upstage the players with a host of penalties. Thank goodness Shawn Hochuli and his flag happy crew weren't invited to screw things up. But Herbstreit is Herbstreit and I went on mute at 10:55 of the first quarter. It's a a simple game to watch and his verbose explanations of what I just saw were redundant and unnecessary.

The Amazon presentation isn't too smooth and the CC scroll in the screen is a distraction that I don't know how to eliminate. The Rams look pretty good so far.

Being a Duck fan I really wanted to see Herbert in action so I signed up for Amazon Prime free 30 day trial. My old password from a prior purchase still worked so signing in wasn't too bad. But when I get in and started viewing the game I noticed that there still are commercials. Really? So I guess you have to pay to watch events but you still have to watch commercials. All I can say is that I'm glad its a free trial and go Chargers. Mahomes is a great q b so it should be a good game.

Yeah, IIRC Amazon has exclusive rights to Thursday Night Football. If you don't want to pay for a full Prime subscription, Twitch (an Amazon owned company) has the TNF games streaming for free. https://www.twitch.tv/

The amazon presentation is definitely substandard with frequent stream interruptions. Probably never again will I buy it. And what the hell is Herbstreit doing here?

Of course not. And to add to the bullshit I lost audio for the last 10 minutes of the game so I didn't hear any of the commentary either, maybe not a big loss, but this Amazon Prime is prime bullshit in my opinion and will not watch it again. Herbert had a good game until the pick six but hung in there while he was obviously hurt. Going fishing next Thursday so screw Amazon.
 
Prime has the contract for the next 11 years for TNF. Only a Billion/year.

same here....honestly though, I didn't care who won....would have liked a tie though. That said, I do think the Bolts outplayed the Chiefs...pick 6 won it though.

Amazon did a great job! No, Herbie didn't override Al....they were great together. Al Michaels will keep things copesetic in that booth.

Great game, you might call it lucky - 2 plays with at least a 21 pt turnaround (overturned INT that then resulted in Chief TD and pic-6), but Chiefs were the better team in the second half and when it counted most!!

Chiefs have a tough upcoming schedule, so really great to get this game.

Commercials are ok as long as I'm not paying extra for the game. I pay a hefty enough fee for tv now. Commercials provide a convenient time for more snacks and beer. I seem to be the only one to have a poor stream of the game. Probably time for a new computer. Thursdays are a better day for fishing anyway.
