Apparently this was filmed in the Kamchatka region of Russia. The man who filmed this mostly likely was trying to evade being forced to fight in Putin's war and thought kicking the bear in the ass was the better of the two evils..

In all seriousness, people do stupid shit to draw attention to themselves. There was definitely something wrong with the bear cuz it surely wasn't acting naturally as it should have. If this wasn't staged, the guy obviously would've been in worse shape after then he was..
