Well I just went through this same ordeal and the "solution" is ok. Not good but ok.
I just bought a pair of Simms G3 waders. Foot size 10-12 as the 9-11s were a little tight on the feet. Then I got a pair of Caddis float tube booties in size 14 (as big as they get). And I can just get my wadered up feet into the booties.
The problem is never the fit on the waders. The problem is never the fit of the booties. The problem is always getting the wader neoprene foot into the booties. They always say go up 2-3 sizes for your booties and I say BS. They still don't make the booties big enough.
