A few goose couples got in early on, and they're unfortunately dealing with an extended wet spring, But things seems to be going fairly well. Most of the clutches have been average, but one couple had nine or ten goslings. This is from a clutch of maybe six.

Yep. An uninvited guest at the dinner table. The rest of the patrons leave real fast when these guys show up.

I read somewhere that most Accipiters don’t make it through their first year… they can’t catch enough birds to eat, so they starve to death. I rarely see them catch a bird.
