When faced with a plateful of Iced VoVo would you scrape the good fondant, strawberry jam and coconut Vo off the top and leave the hard tack blandness of the Vo biscuit base for some bottom-dwelling carb-craving chump?

No, of course not. You need the twinned flavors, The dazzlingly obnoxiously frosted part of the Vo needs to contrast with the Fransciscan/hairshirt style penance of the brown biscuit/hard tack part of the Vo. It's like Laurel and Hardy, Abbot and Costello, Starsky and Hutch, Penn and Teller, Seigfried and Roy- one without the other is nothing.

The Mahi is always twinned with the second Mahi to wed the contrasting flavors, textures and so on. The second Mahi puts the you and me in umami.

Since I'm strawberry allergic, I wouldn't touch that disaster of a "dessert".

I'm cereal, who the hell combines things like that and calls it edible? And, to top it off, they spelled it wrong. It's Volvo, not VoVo.

As for the fish, it's just another Dorado or dolphin, don't need to make it fancy sounding. That's like calling it Salisbury Steak when it's just a hamburger patty smothered in gravy.

I've visited some museums that have interesting spelling for the names of cities on historical maps. For whatever reason, some map makers couldn't agree on how to spell Pendleton. Or Walla Walla .... not to mention Wallowa .... even Summerville... or of course Thedalles (aka: The Dalles).
