I can get down with the Doobies, also steel wait who what now? Steely Dan did some interesting things for rock music nerds with a curiosity about jazz.

Don’t sleep on the Gerry Rafferty.
Also not really yachty but of the era and aesthetic I appreciate Harry Nilsson.
