Yeah, you get that a lot when the Cowboys and the Lions are staple teams. I guess the Lions aren't mathematically eliminated yet, so there's that.

Throw in a bunch of hurt QBs and take away the playoff implications and it's time to watch Christmas movies.
 
oh, I'm still watching...sometimes these games will surprise you too...hopefully not the one I care about.

I think it would be funny to make a rule where if one team is forced to play backups due to injury, the other team has to play it's backups for at least the first possession.
