Do you decorate?

Since I have been busy nursing my wife back to walking it had been crazy busy. Now I am starting to decorate.

I am happy that I have not done any outdoor lighting in the last 25 years. The way our home is situated, no one else could see it from the road nor down the lake. But that does not mean we do not decorate. Seven Christmas trees ranging from 3' to 12'. Lighted garlands, trains, nutcrackers are also included. My wife and I tried to put up/out less but the kids have been brought up on the tradition and each have their favorites. So you guessed it, everything is in-place...

I've started as the grandkids are spending the night Christmas eve. Gotta figure out inside. The yard sale deer looks like a docked dog to me.

We do a single strand of lights along the front roof. Usually leave them up until February, its gets might dark and grey in the Gorge that time of year. Seems to be a growing trend on our street.

In years past past, yes…inside and out. But the last few years, it’s just my wife and I, so we are very minimalist at best

We no longer have the large family gatherings, so we just put up a tree and some lights over the fireplace mantle. Nothing outdoors.
