Just got back from three days on the Missouri River, Holder Dam to Cascade. Pretty tough fishing -- lots of weeds and shut-mouthed trout. On the third day there was a fly that did better during what was still a very sub-par day by Missouri River standards. That fly was a #16 Matt's Auto Cad.
I've done several searches and all I can find is a Yellowstone Flies, a wholesaler that sells this pattern. Perhaps those with better internet detective skills can find the recipe and/or who "Matt" is, so I can try to contact him. I expect this pattern would well wherever there's selective trout.
