Living in a house in a forest we have had quarterly pest control visits for many years. I hadn't noticed any Yellowjacket activity this year and thought it was kind of unusual but in today's visit he found Yjs had found a way to get in and out of a plastic garbage can with a screw-on lid can that we keep under the deck steps to store kindling in. He removed the top and sprayed it. He will come back Monday if there are any left.
