I tied up a few to try but have only used chartreuse in the past.
I probably should. I have mostly stayed w/ chartreuse but sometimes copper/orange and blue.

edit: I bet pearl/white would also work well. Some of my best producers with other patterns have been pearl/white or pearl/pink.

tail - yarn gold
butt - Orvis Saltwater thread fluoro orange
rib - small wire golden olive
body - peacock herl
hackle - brown
collar/head - deer hair
