Bauer/Cork

What worked? I've never seen that issue before.
 
Its going back to Bauer/Winston. 3 tabs have separated and are curling. Best to have the pros deal with this one and to do it right. I don’t want to mess up the drag
settings/tolerances/smoothness and make it worse. It is 20+ year old reel. It’s my favorite 6/7 weight reel. But for now it’s back to the MZ for saltwater use.
 
Which model? I just picked up a like new Rogue 3
 
Did they give you a repair turnaround time frame?

Right you are. They went this route on the Rogue line up.

I’ve had very good service and fast turnaround time from Bauer, can’t remember specifics but it was fair and timely. Love my MZ.

Great response by Bauer. My M4, twenty six years on, is my favorite reel. Cork still good, but glad to see they’ll still take care of a problem if and when that may come.
