Humor Thread 2.0: I just noticed

Silvercreek started the "Quarantine Humor" thread on the other site. Perhaps time for one here, I'll start
It's easy to accidentally tap the ignore button next to the thread title. Maybe that's what happened?
Click your profile with your picture and name, click "ignoring," and click "threads." I'm not sure how to unignore things, though.

If you put someone on ignore, or if they put you on ignore, there is now an option for 'Enable 2 way ignore'
So if you are on someone's ignore list, and they checked the box as above, you can't see them,or anything they post, comments threads etc., can't even find them as a user.
It's a newer feature I think, as with those on my ignore list I used to be able to hit 'show ignored content' for the Lulz, and shake my head at the abject stupidity and now I can't see what Rob posts at all, he doesn't even show up as a user...it's as if he doesn't exist.
So guessing this is the reason.

There is nothing nor anyone on my ignore list. I have had a couple humor submissions deleted with the admission that while humorous some might find them too focused. When I pull up that screen and click on ignoring nothing shows up except "you are not currently ignoring any members."
We don't really have a way to block you from specific threads. That's why I'm not entirely sure what else besides the ignore thing could cause it.
Even then, he should be able to see the posts by others if he was. It shouldn't take the whole thread away.
It does, if someone puts you on ignore and checks the 'enable 2 way ignore' box, you cannot even find that user with a user search, you do not see anything they post at all...even when you hit show ignored content....that's how it appears to be on my end.

I think it's relatively new, perhaps happened during an upgrade, as can't remember seeing that until recently, but don't pay all that much attention....

Hrmmm, well that particular plugin was put in for a very different, very unrelated type of situation (dealing with spam content). I'll continue to look into this, but today is crazy busy.
@albula - you should just start your own humor thread! With blackjack and hookers!
