Earlybird Caddis?

I snapped a quick picture of this guy today and am wondering what the species is?
To me the wing looks rounder than normal.

My house is about 150 yards from the Spokane which has a good population of Caddis but seeing this is earlier than normal.

I don’t think that’s a caddis. My first impression was “lacewing.” Maybe this or a cousin—

Thanks, that looks like it may be it with the rounder wings.
