Dry-Dropper Swap?

Based on how this brookie creek was for a short session I was getting concerned that the dry I sent in for the swap doesn’t work anymore… it did eventually and got some nice ones, they were just cold and being cranky.

Great flies, they arrived today and looked amazing!

If anyone is interested, the soft hackle on the dropper is from a Mountain Quail that I harvested.

I dig it man! I've used deer hair from animals I've harvested......pheasant tails, etc.

I think that is one of the coolest parts of fly fishing/tying.
