Strange, weird or odd or whatever beach finds thread….

I was fishing on the West Fork Kickapoo River in late 2018, a month after catastrophic flooding on that river, including a failed dam. I found over 100 golf balls in a sandbank, washed downstream from the golf course course a quarter mile upstream. I dug them out and carried them to the club, and they gave me $10 for them! I was surprised they took them at all, much less paid me for them.
After you fish the Kickapoo ya gotta toss a line in the Chuckanut over here.

I’ll see myself out.

I wish I could say their are golf courses nearby where I find golf balls, but as @SteelHeadDave mentioned in his post as well there isn’t.
One beach I fish actually has a bucket of balls sitting near the bulkhead, though I’ve never seen anyone hitting them there. They might retrieve them at low tide, but I’m not sure. I don’t give them the opportunity. I pick up every one I find in hopes they’ll catch a clue that doing so isn’t cool.
Another beach I fish has several big houses up on a bluff. I always find balls there in the same general area. I can guarantee their lazy asses aren’t going to make any effort to drive to the park then walk a mile or so down the beach to make an effort to retrieve them.

Lol! Was this on the canal, Brian??
I didn't take a pic but I found a blue & yellow foam tail section on the beach in front of my neighbor's northshore cabin on the 25th

Leigh,
Yes it was on the canal.
