Dead serious thread.

I would like to read your stories. Stories of a time when you experienced something weird out there that you have difficulty explaining. Did you ever see a UFO while camping? Tell the story of that one time you experienced some super spooky stuff! Have you ever been hiking through the woods, and have that feeling that you are being watched?

@Nick Clayton with your huge career, have you every seen some weird shit? Ever been on a boat way out away from light pollution and something happened?

A friend of mine swears he seen Bigfoot up on the SF Sky at the hotel run. Refuses to fish up there alone, scared him something fierce, and I could sense it when he talks about it.

I once saw a ball of light fly past my car and disappear, no idea what it was but my friend seen it too!

Hunting with my brother in the far nw corner of Washington. Mid 70’s. Drove for an hour on an old logging road and parked the truck. Steady rain with standing water. Walked about a hundred yards and there were very large barefoot prints across the road, perfect track with no claw marks. No water in the tracks. We didn’t say a word but quickly went back to our truck and left. It was literally years before we talked about it. Stall makes the hair on my neck stand up.

ManBearPig...although more common on SW Washington river basins, he's been spotted as far north as the Sauk.
 
I have yet to have any sort of experience. Only time I felt being watched it was in Index, and probably was LOL. No ufo sightings, no bigfoot, ect. This bums me out cause I am super jealous of those that have. I very much feel we are not alone in the universe that is for sure, and I think there is something out there that knows we are here. Alert: the statement you just read was an opinion.
 
I've seen bigfoot. Running a survey line in the Walla Walla watershed. Proceeded by prolonged rock throwing. A stench of decomp, shit, piss and bo. We both saw it uphill of us, throw a rock. Not a bear, not a person.

Saw my first ever potato bug burrowing out of the ground on CA's central coast back in the 80's. I absolutely thought it was a mini alien.
Saw my first ever cave cricket on the OP a few years back. I once again swore it was a mini alien.

Admittedly there were doobs involved.😁
 
Early morning commute to work in Mojave desert with my friend and business partner. Exited a well known pass going into the fort, and suddenly had the strangest light show we'd ever seen. Wasn't helicopters, wasn't a conventional airplane, nor military flares.

Camping at Seaquest State Park, woke to the sound of labored heavy breathing and an unholy stench around 230 am. No other noises, and no weird tracks in the morning either.
