I use 12# maxima chameleon for the connection on smallish trout flies. Mainly because I have some and it works well enough.Bob -
Since I tied these up sometimes last year (or maybe the year before?), I don't remember but looking at the bugs with mu Optivisor I'd say "4X". I need to fish these again........./Pat
