Greg- no jumpers, it was quiet as could be. The Sea lions were flopping around, sticking their flippers up and just holding them there. No bait either.

Way to go breaking the slump.
Careful with those SUPs in rivers with wood. NO LEASHES!
No fishing, but flew down to California to visit our youngest son and watch our friends son play football. My son lives in Covina and works at Azusa Pacific University. Our friends kid plays safety and receiver for Pacific Lutheran (PLU) and was playing against Cal Lutheran. The boys have grown up playing sports together. Pretty much our second family so really cool to combine the visit. And PLU won!
We then went and checked out the Reagan Library. Pretty cool regardless of where you might be on the political spectrum.
Smoke in the air from the nearby Bridge and Line fires had the sunsets looking crazy.
Went to church in Glendora on Sunday morning. Our son plays keys in the band. And then caught the 2nd half of the Seahawks at Buffalo Wild Wings along with all the crazy 9er, Rams and Cowboy's fans. Hawks won, 9ers lost, Cards lost and Cowboys lost so nearly perfect. It was weird to be rooting for the Rams down the stretch, but that helps the Hawks!

The team’s I have direct ties to all won again this weekend so that’s 
. I spent a few hours trying to help one of our player’s call in a bull he found after practice Thursday night. We were in elk Saturday night and Sunday morning but no arrows flew. We have elk pretty close to town.

Not as cool an achievement as Evan’s, but the weekend saw me staying on track with my resolution to fish more often in 2025.
I'll be failing at that one for a few more months probably
Hell yeah EvanTeamed up with one of my friends from the gym to do a relay race close to home. 40yrs old, 200lb, and still got it

Maybe, but the last time I ran a seven minute mile Clinton was president. Good on ya.
I can do a 5min mile still if it's just one mile
but for a 7.5 miler, I'll take it.
