Life of the Party
I've found that once they get over 22" they start to develop a "hook jaw". I can usually tell right off by the way they fight. A steady, steady pull down.....Targeting the Brown Trout (over the nice Rainbow) in this lake is an interesting discussion/topic for me. In the past I have disclosed the effectiveness of "gurglers", that can be made to imitate the fathead minnows, "spritzing" on the surface. I also believe that the abundance of Crawfish in this lake must account for much of the Brown Trout diet. For now, I will keep those tactics off the internet.
