While I still believe the Niners will get their act together and play some good football, their schedule is just brutal. They still have the Packers, Bills and Lions. Between that and tie breakers I think they are toast.

Giants granting Daniel Jones' request, will cut QB
The Giants are granting Daniel Jones' request to be released, saying the sides mutually agreed that it "would be best for him and for the team" to move on.

As Spotrac points out, this decision to part ways with Jones now and put this entire saga behind them leaves the Giants with dead cap hits of $47.1 million in 2024, and $22.1 million in 2025. But, the Giants do free up $19.4 million in cap space for next year.

With virtually the same O-line as last year Russ took 45 sacks in 15 weeks. Bo Nix has taken only 18 in 11 weeks.
