It is a great rivalry. My friends have season tickets and luv the Seahawks. Their son, who lives on SF, luv's his 49er's and has season tickets down there. Enjoy the comments after the game, usually spicy and with fireworks.

I don't know about a late hit, but it was helmet-to-helmet. Barely merits a call.

Gotta protect those NFL stars. If it was a running back, it wouldn't have been called.

Looks like a clean hit to me. Hit the shoulder pad, helmet was secondary and barely a factor.

Was a clean hit, terrible call, but they certainly missed a huge PI call which would have made a much bigger difference to the game - must be a conspiracy for GB to win

If you look close you'll see that the defender's foot was out of bounds when he hit Mahomes.

Yeah the missed PI was probably worse. Both teams had terrible calls in this game. This one was just plain bad officiating... which is what I'm getting really tired of.
